Hong Kong shipowners launch alternative fuel training programme
The Hong Kong Shipowners Association (HKSOA) on 8 April launched the “Training‑the‑Trainer Programme: Green Maritime Fuel for Sustainable Shipping.”
As explained, the programme is organised by the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Development Board and delivered by the Maritime Just Transition Task Force (MJTTF). The three‑day programme commenced at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPolyU), hosted by the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies.
