Sallaum Lines accelerates green fleet strategy with ammonia-ready PCTC order
Sallaum Lines has placed an order for two plus two (2+2) ammonia dual-fuel Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) with Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd..
The deal covers vessels with a capacity of 8,600 Car Equivalent Units (CEU) each, making them the largest ships ever commissioned by Sallaum Lines and one of its most significant fleet investments to date. The new ships are designed as dual-fuel and ammonia-ready, aligning with the company’s long-term sustainability strategy.
