In a case study published by SEA-LNG in collaboration with its member Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM), the two organizations examine the challenges of crewing and training for LNG bunker vessels.

The case study draws on BSM’s experience managing the LNG bunker vessel Kairos since 2018 and explores how the company addressed crewing challenges, developed specialised training and strengthened safe operating practices. It also examines the importance of retaining experienced crews and ensuring that receiving vessels are adequately prepared for LNG bunkering operations.
