CMA CGM takes delivery of 15,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container ship
CMA CGM took delivery of the CMA CGM Esmeralda on 22 April, the fourth vessel in its new generation “Kun” series of methanol dual-fuel container ships.
The vessel was built by Jiangnan Shipyard Part of the 15,000 TEU “KUN-15M” class, the 366-meter-long container ship is powered by methanol dual-fuel technology designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional vessels.
