SEA-LNG and MAMII strengthen cooperation on methane emissions
SEA-LNG and the Methane Abatement in Maritime Innovation Initiative (MAMII) have signed a four-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen technical cooperation on methane emissions, measurement methodologies and abatement technologies.
Announced on October 27, 2026, the agreement establishes MAMII as a Technical Knowledge Partner within SEA-LNG’s IMO delegation, providing specialized expertise to support discussions on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and regulatory approaches to methane reduction.
